Brujah Celerity helps defense and makes attacks faster compensating for Gangrel claw damage but their defense is less. Interestingly, TTRPG fans planning to play a Masquerade game need to choose their Clan choice carefully. For me, it's Brujah, Gangrel, and then Nossie as far as unarmed goes.
